The Western Conference on Linguistics (WECOL) is an international conference on any aspect of theoretical and descriptive linguistics.
The faculty, students, and administration of California State University, Fresno are honored to host our distinguished guests. WECOL is a free event open to the public. In light of the Covid-19, WECOL 2022 will be conducted fully virtual via Zoom based at California State University, Fresno. |

Registration
There is no registration fee to attend the conference. Talks will only be scheduled for registered speakers and only scheduled talks will be included in the online proceedings. You can register to attend WECOL at the link below:

Call for Abstracts
Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be original and not previously published.
Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (with 10 minutes for discussion) on any aspect of theoretical or descriptive linguistics.
Abstracts must be limited to 500 words, excluding references. The format of the abstract should follow the guidelines below:
Conference papers will be published in the WECOL 2022 Proceedings online through the Department of Linguistics at California State University, Fresno.
Abstracts can be submitted here until September 1st, 2022
Notifications will be sent around October 1st, 2022 (PST)
